Our goal is to promote the project management profession to local business leaders, regardless of whether they employ our members.  Our Corporate Outreach program will include a Chapter Liaison Program, the Project of the Year, Corporate Presentations, Needs Analysis Interviews, and Corporate Roundtables. Community Outreach

We work with local nonprofit organizations in a variety of ways. We occasionally hold fundraisers, we provide volunteer labor, and we also provide volunteer project management expertise. Professional Outreach

We work with other professional organizations and other PMI Chapters to present events that we can both benefit from and to inform each other’s members as to the professional development opportunities. Educational Outreach

Our goals in Educational Outreach are to 1) educate colleges/universities concerning the existence and goals of PMI, 2) educate colleges/universities on the career of project management, 3) recruit college students/alumni/faculty as members, and 4) seek further validation of project management as a career through the accreditation of programs in local colleges.
